The Alcalá de Guadaíra City Council has opened the registration period for the second call of the RELANZA-T project, which offers 9 new free training pathways for unemployed individuals. Applications can be submitted from July 1 to 15.

The Alcalá de Guadaíra City Council, through the Employment Delegation, has launched the second call of the RELANZA-T project, an initiative aimed at improving the employability of unemployed individuals through free training, guidance, and support. The registration period will be open from July 1 to 15.

This new edition includes 9 additional training pathways, focused on sectors with high labour demand such as hospitality, socio-healthcare, industry, construction, logistics, commerce, tourism, healthcare, personal image, and community services. Among the new offerings are courses in Bar and Café Services, Socio-healthcare for individuals at home, and Socio-healthcare for dependent individuals in social institutions, as well as Technical Assistant for Works and several pathways in Occupational Risk Prevention across various professional areas.

More opportunities for the unemployed in Alcalá

In addition to the new courses, the call maintains vacant places from previous editions in areas such as gardening, appliance maintenance, water networks, masonry factories, basic restaurant and bar operations, restaurant services, air conditioning, aesthetic care, hairdressing, butchery, and building maintenance. There are also reserve lists for photovoltaic solar installations, continuous coatings in construction, and home automation and building automation systems.

The RELANZA-T program foresees a total of 814 training opportunities, distributed across 62 pathways, and commits to a 30% employment insertion rate for participants. The initiative combines specialized training with job orientation and support in job searching, as well as mediation with companies in Alcalá de Guadaíra and surrounding areas.

How to register for the courses

Interested individuals can consult all the information about the pathways, requirements, and information sessions on the official project website: relanza-t.alcaladeguadaira.es. For any queries, the phone number of the Employment Delegation of the Alcalá de Guadaíra City Council is also available.

With this second call, the Alcalá City Council reinforces its commitment to training as a key tool for employment. Residents who wish to improve their professional qualifications now have a specific and free opportunity, tailored to the needs of the local labour market.
