The Youth Group of the Sacramental Brotherhood of Tomares is organising a tournament for FC26 on July 3 and 4 at the Patio de las Buganvillas. The proceeds will go to social work.

The Sevillian municipality of Tomares is preparing to host an event that combines video games and solidarity. The Youth Group of the Sacramental Brotherhood, in collaboration with the Town Hall, has organised a tournament for FC26 that will take place on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, at the Patio de las Buganvillas, located in the Hacienda Santa Ana, the town hall's headquarters.

The competition will kick off both days at 19:00 hours. Friday, July 3, will be dedicated to individual tournaments, while on Saturday, July 4, pair matches will be played. Participants must be between 8 and 17 years old, and registration costs 5 euros per person.

The registration period is now open and ends on Wednesday, July 1. Interested parties can sign up in person at the municipal building of Casas de Hermandad, from 11:00 to 13:30 hours and from 19:30 to 21:00 hours. No online registration channels have been set up, so it is necessary to attend in person.

The tournament has a strong charitable character. According to the organisers, all proceeds from both registrations and the refreshments service available during the event will go to the social work carried out by the Youth Group of the Sacramental Brotherhood of Tomares.

Last year, the brotherhood already organised a similar FIFA tournament that brought together around thirty young people and raised nearly 300 euros for its social projects. This year, with the switch to FC26 and the extension to two days, they hope to double participation and funds raised.

The Patio de las Buganvillas, an outdoor space within the municipal complex, will be the venue for the matches. Attendees are advised to arrive early to formalise their registration or confirm their spot if they have already signed up. For more information, the Town Hall of Tomares' website or social media can be consulted.

The event promises to be a meeting point for young football video game enthusiasts, who will be able to showcase their skills while contributing to a charitable cause. The organisation has stated that prizes will be awarded to the winners of each category, although details have not yet been specified.
